# Can I embed my private podcast on a website?

Yes. You can embed private podcast episodes on a website you control, like an intranet, a learning platform or a members' area.

|| Embed players don't check who's listening. Anyone who can see the page can play the episodes, and their listens aren't linked to individual subscribers. Don't embed a private podcast anywhere public.

### Get the embed code

Embed players work the same way as for public podcasts. Use **Embed** on an episode to copy its embed code, or go to the **Distribution** tab and click **Configure your embed audio players**. See [How do I embed my podcast?](https://support.transistor.fm/en/article/how-do-i-embed-my-podcast-1dquric/)

### Only allow your own websites

To stop your embed players working anywhere else, go to the **Settings** tab, open **Embeds**, and add your sites to **Safelist domains for embed audio players**. Enter each one as a full address, like `https://intranet.yourcompany.com`, separated by spaces. The players will then only load on those websites.

### Analytics for embeds

Listens through embed players show up separately in your podcast's **Analytics** tab, under **Embed Player**. They aren't attributed to individual subscribers.
