# How do I add a newsletter sign-up to my podcast website?

You can add a newsletter sign-up form to your Transistor podcast website, so listeners can join your mailing list right from your website. New sign-ups are added to your email marketing app automatically.

### Which email apps work with Transistor

* Kit
* Mailchimp
* MailerLite
* ActiveCampaign
* Klaviyo
* Drip
* HubSpot

You can connect one email app to each podcast.

### How to connect your email app

* Go to the **Integrations** tab of your podcast and find **Mailing Lists & Newsletters**
* Click the **Connect to** button for your email app:
  * **Mailchimp, Drip and HubSpot:** sign in to your account and allow access
  * **Kit and MailerLite:** paste in your API key from your account
  * **ActiveCampaign:** paste in your API URL and API key, from **Settings** > **Developer** in ActiveCampaign
  * **Klaviyo:** paste in a private API key with read and write access to Lists, Profiles and Subscriptions
* Choose where new subscribers go, like a list, group, form or tag, depending on your email app
* Click **Save**

| With MailerLite, Transistor shows whether double opt-in is on in your MailerLite account. If it's on, new subscribers get a confirmation email first.

### Customize your sign-up form

Your sign-up form appears on your podcast website once your email app is connected. To change its wording, go to the **Website** tab, open **Website Settings** and find **Newsletter Sign Up Form**:

* **Newsletter sign up headline:** for example, "Join our newsletter"
* **Newsletter sign up intro text:** an optional line below the headline

|| Newsletter sign-ups aren't available for private podcasts.

### Send your episodes to your email list

Using Kit? You can also add a player for your latest episode to your Kit emails.
