# How do I change my subscription plan?

### Can I upgrade?

You can upgrade at any time directly within your account. 

The account owner can simply go to their [Account Page](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Io4SMtek4TMoOd2vwSv67seavnbUNBdBYTol-EdlaiY/edit?usp=sharing), go to the Billing & Subscription section and click the **Change Plan** button. ****

### Can I downgrade?

If you are on our Pro, Business or Enterprise plans you can downgrade at any time.
 
Our Starter plan is our smallest available plan. We don't have a free plan at this time.  

You can reach out to support on Live Chat or support@transistor.fm - we can recommend the best value plan and help you to downgrade. 

### How do I cancel my account?

It's easy to cancel your Transistor account at any time. 

The account owner can simply go to their [Account Page](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Io4SMtek4TMoOd2vwSv67seavnbUNBdBYTol-EdlaiY/edit?usp=sharing), scroll to the bottom and click the **I'd like to cancel my subscription** button.

**Please note:** It will then ask you to confirm that you are aware that your content will be removed from Transistor upon cancellation.
