# How do I export all of my podcast analytics?

You can download your podcast's analytics as CSV files from the **Analytics** tab. Each section of the Analytics page has its own **Export** button, so you export one report at a time rather than everything in a single file.

### Exporting a report

* Go to the **Analytics** tab for your podcast
* Click **Export** next to the section you want
* Choose a **Date Range**, or pick **Custom Date Range** and enter a start and end date
* Click the download button, for example **Download Episodes CSV**

The date range options are **All Time**, **This Year**, **Last Year**, **Past 365 Days**, **Past 90 Days**, **Past 60 Days**, **Past 30 Days**, **Past 14 Days**, **Past 7 Days** and **Custom Date Range**.

### What each export contains

* **Episode Breakdown** - every episode, with its season, episode number, publish date, total downloads and downloads for each day in the date range
* **Listener Trends** - your downloads for all episodes across the date range, grouped by day (less than a year) or by month (a year or more)
* **Episode Comparison** - every episode's downloads for each of its first 30 days after publishing, so you can compare episodes side by side. This one has no date range to choose
* **Podcast Players** - the podcast apps your audience uses, with downloads per app for each day
* **Global Listener Locations** - the countries your listeners are in, with downloads per country for each day

| For your most granular downloads data, export the **Episode Breakdown** with the date range set to **All Time**.

The **Average Downloads per Episode**, **Estimated Subscribers**, **Devices** and **OS and Platforms** sections can't be exported.

### Private podcasts

For private podcasts, click **Export as CSV** on the **Analytics** tab and choose **Episode downloads by day** or **Subscribers' episode counts**.

You can also export the global listener locations for your private podcast.

### Using the API or MCP server

You can also pull your analytics programmatically:

* **Transistor API** - fetch your download numbers with the analytics endpoints. See the [API documentation](https://developers.transistor.fm/#analytics).
* **Transistor MCP server** - connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to your Transistor account and ask it about your analytics. See [mcp.transistor.fm](https://mcp.transistor.fm/).

This is especially useful for networks who wish to query multiple shows at a time.
