# How to show my email address in my RSS feed?

###### How to show my email address in my RSS feed?

|| Only team members with Owner or Admin access level can show and hide the Owner email address in the feed. You can read more about team member access levels [here](https://support.transistor.fm/en/article/can-i-invite-other-users-to-my-transistor-account-130y6kr/).

You may occasionally need to show your email address in your RSS feed. This is usually only required when:

* Submitting your podcast to a podcast directory
* Claiming an existing podcast listing
* Verifying podcast ownership
* Moving between podcast hosts

Historically, owner email addresses were always present in public RSS feeds, however this resulted in increased marketing and spam to those email addresses. 

| To improve privacy we now hide email addresses in RSS feeds by default. 

You can now show your email address at any time:

1. Go to the **Settings** tab of your podcast
2. Find the **Owner Email** field
3. Check the box titled **Display this email address in your RSS** feed
4. Click the green **Save Changes** button
