How do I change my subscription plan?
Can I upgrade?
You can upgrade at any time directly within your account.
The account owner can simply go to their Account Page, go to the Billing & Subscription section and click the Change Plan button.
Can I downgrade?
If you are on our Pro, Business or Enterprise plans you can downgrade at any time.
Our Starter plan is our smallest available plan. We don't have a free plan at this time.
You can reach out to support on Live Chat or firstname.lastname@example.org - we can recommend the best value plan and help you to downgrade.
How do I cancel my account?
It's easy to cancel your Transistor account at any time.
The account owner can simply go to their Account Page, scroll to the bottom and click the I'd like to cancel my subscription button.
Please note: It will then ask you to confirm that you are aware that your content will be removed from Transistor upon cancellation.
