What should I do now that Chartable is closing?

Chartable is closing, what steps should I take?

Chartable has announced that it is closing on the 12th December 2024. Transistor will be removing the Chartable prefix from all podcasts before that end date.

You can still remove the prefix from your own shows in Transistor prior to the closing date if you wish.

To do this:

Go into Settings in Transistor
Go to the Analytics Prefix settings page
Uncheck the Chartable prefix box
Click Save Changes
Repeat this for every podcast you have hosted on Transistor

Here are some additional steps you may want to consider:

You may want to export any analytics from Chartable before they close.
If you use their SmartLinks or share any Chartable or chtbl.com links as part of your social media, you may want to replace those links.
If you use their SmartFeeds you may want to make sure that podcast directories have your direct Transistor feed and not a Chartable SmartFeed.

Alternative Options
