How do I customize the colors of the embed player?
How to use the embeddable podcast player with custom colors
Now you can customize the colors for your show's embeddable players. This is especially helpful for podcasters with a website who want the embeddable podcast player to match their colors and branding.
There are two ways to customize your embed colors:
Customise the default color for all of your embeds
Customise the color of an individual embed
How to customize the color of your default embeds
This will change all existing embeds that have not been individually customized.
Go to the Episodes page
Click on the Embeds menu
Select Embed Player Settings option
Pick a default Background and Primary Color or a Theme Preset
Preview the color on the example embeds below
Click the Save Changes button
All embeds will now use that color palette, except those embeds that have been individually customized.
How to customize the color of an individual episode embed
Go to the Episodes page,
Click on the ... menu on the individual episode you want to customize
Select Embed from the menu
Click the blue link that says Customize the colors of this individual embed
Pick a default Background and Primary Color or a Theme Preset
Preview the color on the example embed below
Copy the customised embed code and add it to your website
How to customize the color of the Latest Episode player or the Playlist Player
In a similar way to customizing an individual episode, you can also customize individual embeds for the Latest Episode or the Playlist Player:
Go to the Episodes page
Click on the Embeds menu
Select either the Embed latest Episode or Embed playlist Player
Click the blue link that says Customize the colors of this individual embed
Pick a default Background and Primary Color or a Theme Preset
Preview the color on the example embed below
Copy the customised embed code and add it to your website
When you customize the colors of individual podcast players, it can create a unique look on your website!
