I'm not receiving the password reset email

When you request a password reset, we show the same message, "Please check your email for password reset instructions," whether or not that email address has a Transistor account. So if the email never arrives, the most common reason is that your account uses a different email address.

What should I check?

  • Your spam or junk folder. The email comes from support@transistor.fm with the subject "Reset Your Password" and can take a few minutes to arrive.
  • Other email addresses you might have used. Try requesting a reset for any other addresses you could have signed up with, including shared or work addresses.
  • A past receipt from Transistor. If you pay for Transistor, search your inbox for a Transistor receipt or invoice. It was sent to the email address your account uses.
  • Your company's email filters. If you use a work email, your IT team may need to allow our emails. See What rules should I add to our allow list to ensure Transistor's emails are delivered to my company?

If the reset link says it's invalid or has expired, go back to the login page, click Forgot your password? and request a new one.

Still can't sign in?
