Transistor offers customer support through Live Chat and email at This makes it easier to share links, resources and media to help with your enquiry. Our support is 7 days per week and we cover a wide range of time zones. All queries are answered the same day with most replies taking less than an hour.

We may also send async video messages through platforms like ZipMessage and Loom to help resolve your issue.

Demo Calls

While Transistor doesn't have a dedicated sales team we do have availability each week for Demo Calls to discuss Enterprise plans.
